No asking questions on ebay?

Is it just me, or ebay eliminated the option of asking question(s) of the seller?

Much harder to find, especially on the iPad app. It is down in the drop down info with the sellers name

It used to say "ask a question" down the bottom somewhere, now there's just the link on the top right with the seller's ID etc., "contact seller", this does the same thing.
