Words/No Words. It's a thread to post photos under a certain theme! You can start a theme if there is not one already. You can click on the W/NW & see all the themes in the list on the left side of the screen. Welcome & I look foward to seeing your photos!
 
what if we want to start a w/nw thread... do we still put the 'no gear Sunday' header? cause , y'know, people might contribute after Sunday...

tomorrow, I'm going downtown ish for the decisive challenge... and I'll try to post some stuff too.

I also gotta study for a calculus test on monday and a linear algebra test on thursday...:bang:
 
Sure, let's just say that the preface only tells us when the thread started, not when it fades. I am sure if you look you will find some threads from the last Sunday no gear day we had.
 
Hmm I'm game. I'm going to the Eggleston show as a birthday outing with my high school photo teacher, maybe I'll post a color shot in his honor. Does no gear Sunday also apply to (evil) SLR's?

Yes, SLRs do count as gear, so if you wish please post photos by them, but not comments about them.
 
It's still Saturday, so I guess I'd better get this off my chest before tomorrow: I bought another Nikon F3, off eBay, for $125. It arrived yesterday and it's in great shape. There. Whew!

I'm taking a leica III apart to fix the stiff shutter ... on my own ... without help ... I mean, what could possibly go wrong?
 
In the magical realm of GMT +12 (Well, +13 'cause of daylight savings) It would appear to be 10 O'clock on a quite Sunday morning....

If this little projects succeeds, we can extend it to a .... "Week of no Gear Talk" .... later ?
 
No gear talk! Has everyone gone out of their mind? What else is there to talk about? Surely people aren't still attached to the idea that photography is about taking pictures.
