Exactly, as I said "...at least those that clearly can be used to identify a child are not recommended". As long as its not a specific portrait, no problems. I'm not saying Norwegian press ethics (which our society tries to instill on the casual net user) in this matter or any other are superior to others, I'm just saying its rather strange seen with our (or at least my) eyes.
Back to topic: And in general. I much prefer available light portraits to studio or articially lighted portraits. Much more character. if there are no shadows, either here or there, then the picture looks flat and constucted. Fine for adverts and such but not much of a portrait, really. Portrait in the sense that it's window the the soul.
