Non-Leather Leica M case?

Does anything like this exist? I'm thinking about something like the Mr Zhou half cases that people use and leave on all the time. Everything I've seen like this is leather, has anyone ever seen a non-leather option?

I use a Zing Designs neoprene case, which IMO offers protection at low cost and low weight.
