Looks like a nice find - a good Summar in that sort of condition is easily worth $200 to $250 on its own here in the UK.
From the shot with the baseplate off, I would say it has been in a moist atmosphere for some time - you should be prepared for two things, both of which can be solved by a CLA - the shutter may run slow (especially the slow speeds) and the curtains my fall apart fairly soon with regular use.
Otherwise, a great camera that will surprise you with excellent results
