Well-known
Before not-buying-any-more-cameras , some were on order ...
Like Kiev2 and KiEV 3 from asterliks - who i can readily recommend - the cameras are better than described , and he fixed a broken window without a problem .
But , what i wanted to say was that I have been advised of the superior finish of the earlier cameras - but my 4 and 4m were so good that i could not expect anything better ...
But the chrome is kinda ''silky '' , less shiny - it looks so much more expensive ...
The entire cameras seem just more real quality somehow - to be honest , not something I associate with USSR camera production ... prejudices again ?
as a little bonus , a very cheap bright blue Zen-it S came with it - with an I 22 lense that I can use !!- and I have been looking through my 1933 and later Elmars and pretend elmars - excellent close up lenses - look , I am doing this for fun - to keep crazee at bay - it needs crazee to kombat it !!
No - i am NOT returning to SLRS - but the diddy Zenit is just so neat - and the dark sqinty ground glass screen isn't like a normal SLRs - I now know why early SLRs were such a pain to use !!!
and it complements my Zorki 1 - both with rigid I 22s .
