Not for the faint of heart

Any monkey with a screwdriver can do that...what's so special about this ???
Now, show me a picture of it back together and working and I'll be impressed...😉😀😎

I knew a watchmaker who after reassembling a $150,000 wristwatch that he'd taken apart for a repair had a few parts left over. I believe the watch was eventually sold sans the left-out parts. Given that it was a perpetual calendar, perhaps the new owner would only know it was missing something once each quadrennial leap year cycle or in the year 2100 when we next skip an expected leap year.

When I was doing my automotive apprenticeship as a youth we had a tech teacher who was adamant that a real mechanic was someone who could totally dissmantle an engine and reassemble it with parts left over but still have it running perfectly! 😛

That whole series is really cool I like the lawnmower one. It's amazing how many parts that old "simple" lawnmower has.
