Great to see the group again, today.
In case you missed it, Erwin Puts posted the following on Facebook:
"My first tests show that the Leica Monochrome and the M7 loaded with D100 developed in Spur HRX-3 both resolve about 70 line pairs per mm. The digital files show a cleaner image and a better edge contrast, but basically the differences are small and the Ilford negatives have more depth and the grain is giving it a more real effect. More to come.
It is thought provoking that the differences between film and digital are quite small, even today with high-quality digital equipment. Of course the D100 is Iso 64 and the Monochrome is ISO 320, but film is still competitive."
