how many oly 50's do you have earl?

which would you guys recommend, the 100 or the 85, as a possible next lens after the 200. and which version?

I didn't know there's a recent thread about OM stuff. Anyways!
On the left, 100/2.8, next to it is from 85/2. I like the 85mm, my wife likes the 100mm. My other faves are the 50/3.5 macro and the 24/2.8.

What is it about the silvernose lenses that you like better for black and white?

Sorry about the delay, but here's a couple of shots taken with a 50/1.4 silvernose. I'm not sure if they show the characteristics that I like (and it's hard to do with a digital scanned copy), but I think they might give a hint.

Joe: I think it's only four. F.Zuiko 1.8 (silvernose), 1.8 MC, 1.8 miJ and 1.4.

shadow and Alan: Great shots. I'd say I can't really tell a big difference between the 100 and 85, so looks like I need an 85.

the 135 showed up today.
the cosmetics are great and the glass is very good, just a small hairline scratch on the front element, should not be any problem.

the lens itself is so small that i can see why it would be a favourite.

now i'm just waiting on the winder, the 28-48 zoom and the luigi straps.

My first OM tele - I enjoy ,
I have 28/2,8 and 50/1,4, now I think I own good basic kit.(And I'm looking slowly for 85 and 21mm)
