😱 Could you show us also the computer you use to process the photos from this combination ? I wonder if it's a VAX/VMS running VMWare with Windows XP hosting another VMWare with a Linux emulator running MacOS 9 and with some modified Firewire HDDs connecting through a tape driver 😉😀
Nikon N8008s with Infrared Digital Back, L->F Adapter, Canon 50mm F1.5 modified to focus to infinity, R60 filter, and finder from a Kodak Retina. The finder is useful when using a Wratten 87c or 88a filter.
The net doesn't have much info on these.
So is that possible for Leica LTM lenses?
Or some sort modification . . . before using it on the Nikon?
Also is just good for macro work? or working normal?
How about a Leitz Elmarit 90 "mounted" backward onto a Canon 1Ds? It even takes pictures (call it a digital Thambar 😀)
I really have a fixation about this combo, but with Elmarit facing the right way: nobody makes long lenses anymore. So far, I'm 0-4 getting the head to stick onto my Contax bellows with strapping tape. There is certainly a solution from the wild world of Visoflex, but I really don't want to go there (might never come back). OTZFO, anyone?
