Odd Shaped Exposed Area

Check out this negative scan. All of the shots i just ran through my Moskva 5 look like this.
See how in the upper left the exposed area tapers in and is not rounded?
Any ideas?
Never mind the light leak. Almost every film camera I own leaks. I don't seem to be able to get away from it.

I take it that you have looked at the opening at the film plane - is it the same shape as the image border? I note the sides are not straight either. The right side tapers and the left side is curved. It looks like the film doesn't lay flat against the film plane - like it sort of curls away at the upper left (that would be lower right as you look at the back of the camera.

Might check the pressure plate to assure it still has sufficient spring force to hold the film tight.
 
I recently had the bellows replaced. Taking another look at the bellows, I can clearly see that it is not right.
Plus, it still leaks light.
Back it goes.
