Odds 'n Ends

Christie greets her friend Isiah. Photo was done in 2019. Isiah walked by our house each morning on the way to the school to our east. I would walk Christie about the same time each morning and the two became good friends, running to greet each other. Isiah is a great kid but we haven't seen him in years. He probably now attends higher grades in another school in the area so his morning route is different. Christie and I both miss him, especially in the mornings.

Nikon D810, Nikkor 35/1.8G lens.

Also from 2019. A house down the street from us was vacant and, by all accounts, abandoned by the owners. Rumors of drugs, jail and fleeing out of state circulated...I never knew the true story. Since the house was empty, I did a bit of trespassing and took some photos. All done with a Nikon D800 and a Nikkor 24-120/4G lens.
