Vincent - What film are you shooting and how do you process?

I've been using Tri-X and Neopan 1600 lately. I've also started experimenting with Adox 400. I shoot digital, too. In fact, my workflow is mostly digital: film negs are scanned and the resulting files are processed in Photoshop, similarly to the digital captures. For printing I use an internet-based service; after having tried several with poor results I eventually found one that's very good for black & white, I now get consistently good 18x12 prints.

And maybe I should borrow your glasses so that I could see as well as you see.

Well, in fact I'm about to get new glasses - as my near-sightedness is getting worse I need a stronger correction - so I guess you could have the old ones... 😉

Skinny, VF magnification aside... you need an M3 to start thinking about photography.

I can tell you... it works, it makes you think very carefully about each shot. The VF is so glorious you forget you're NOT using a wide-angle lens. And the built-quality is simply superb.

So... you need an M3 ´cuz you're a thinking individual. And thinking is good for you, therefore the M3 is also good for you.
