Hi all,
I just received as a gift a family camera. It was my uncles before Vietnam, then my Dad's and now mine. I have a lot of fond memories remembering my Dad using this camera, and would like to get it into working shape again. The problem is that it has been in a hot attic for a long time. The shutter seems to move, but none of the three lenses are woking.
I have the 20mm/f. 3.5 (seems to work, but when on the camera, it won't click
38mm/f. 1.8 (the aperture will not work at all, but stays wide open
and the 150mm/f. 4 (This one has fungus that needs to be cleared out and the aperture is sticky).
I also want to get the camera a good CLA.
Any place in Canada you can recommend, or do I need to send it south?
Michael.

Thanks for the information. I callled them, but they were too expensive. (It was about 1/2 the price to send to Camtech Photo in the US).
Has anyone had customs problems getting repaired cameras back from the US?
