And that's only for the kick back scandal. They have a whole lot of problems coming their way with the infections caused by their medical devices.

This happened a my former work place. Olympus wined and dined a prominent doctor in Japan and was "rewarded" with a multimillion dollar purchase.
There has been ongoing infection issues with endoscopes from Olympus and Pentax(Ricoh). The scopes are usually washed by hand and then processed in an automated endoscope washer to achieve an extremely high level of disinfection (not sterile). There are design features that some models of scopes have that leave small spaces that the disinfectant cannot penetrate. The government requires meticulous record keeping that must indicate the physician's name, patient identifier and information about the cleaning time and method.
