Hello,
I wonder if anybody has seen this before and could help me out? I recently bought an Olympus XA2, and I've been loving the results so far. It came with an A11 flash, which I've just started trying to use. Trouble is, it doesn't fire every time and I'm losing a lot of shots.
I put a new battery in, made sure it was screwed in securely and switched the Flash switch to "on". I can hear the high-pitched whistle as the flash charges, but quite often the flash itself doesn't fire.
Any idea what may be causing this, or how I could fix it? Is it possible to test the A11 flash on its own without firing the shutter on the XA2, to put it through its paces?
Many thanks in advance,
Dave
