OM, I've become a Zuikoholic!

If anyone has an OM-2n they're not using and willing to sell to a good home, care to shoot me a PM? Trying to get my girlfriend into film photography (she really liked using some of my RFs but i think is more used to the TTL of SLRs, and the OMs do have such a wonderfully small profile, and my guess is a big heavy Nikon would scare her off)... KEH has no bodies :(

Has anyone here ever slaughtered an OMG for its matte screen? I have one on my way here for operations, after failing to find a decently priced 2-13 for my girlfriends OM4Ti.

What other parts could be salvaged? I think the prism should fit an OM1, so that could be sold afterwards. Maybe the film cassette fork? That's also a part that should be in demand after botched repair jobs :)

My OM is one of the two digit ones, an OM-20. Still, it's an amazing camera.. I wish I could catapult it back in time to the days when I had my first camera, a Zenit-E. The Olympus is so much lighter, nimbler and quieter.. Oh, and it's much better looking as well..

That 50/1.8 Zuiko is an excellent lens. I have just got an adapter so I can use it on my Sony A7S as well as my OM-1 and it is great on both platforms.
