Then again if you go in to say a cathedral or mosque during the day you may find a bit of speed handy.
Yeah, that might be a good reason to carry the 50/1.4 also. It's not that big. Just throw out the maps and the snacks! 🙂

Thanks for the feedback guys.
I know from experience that changing lenses while out and about with my wife is a lost cause due to her impatience. (I can barely stop for more than 5 seconds to capture an interesting shot with her along).
If your time is really that limited, you are indeed taking the right kit then (two zooms). Still, I wouldn't - a zoom just doesn't feel right on an OM to me. I'd rather shoot a 40mm all day... 😎

But I want to travel light and I think that a Zuiko zoom beats most other makers' primes.
(but that just may be my brand loyalty speaking) 😀
Just bought an OM-2 With a 35-70 F4 Zuiko Lens...
For only 50 Euro's... Monday i am going to pick it up and wil post some photo's!

Da-ang this thread! It's so good, and informative and... it makes you want to buy cameras!
I pulled the trigger on a black OM2n this morning... and now I see another OM2 coming up for peanuts - where will this end? 😀
