I have the 35/2.8 and I do like the focal length.
I just think it's bad for a zuiko prime. YMMV.

...At the bottom of the box, however, was the prize. An absolutely pristine OM2n in the most beatup case you ever saw. In the lens cases I found a 50/1.4 and a 28/2.8...
All of this for $5.
Yeah, some happydancing is going on 'round here!!
I dream of that kind of garage sale find. I'm going to garage sales in the wrong neighborhood. :bang: 😀At the bottom of the box, however, was the prize. An absolutely pristine OM2n in the most beatup case you ever saw. In the lens cases I found a 50/1.4 and a 28/2.8, a nice little Sigma 70-210 macro zoom, and a Tamron 90/2.5 WITH the 2x attachment.
All of this for $5.
While garage-sailing this last weekend, I spotted a box full of camera goodies. Inside was a *working* Leicameter in a case for one day when I can trade up my IIf for an M3.
Yes, I asked the lady if she still had the camera that went with the meter-- she looked at me as if I had grown antlers, and made me take the *whole* box of stuff.
Back at the car, I dug around to see what else I had bought. Two Prospec Canon FD lenses that were so full of what I assume is fungus that I couldn't even see through them. A Minolta 16 "spy camera"-- can I even get film for this little guy anymore? Assorted broken flash units.

This may sound funny, but it's the most rangefinder-ish camera I've ever used.
In my book, a terrific ASA 400 combination. And quite push-able to 800, too.i like hc-110 dilution h for tri-x/arista premium 400
So I took my OM-1, grabbed an Olympus 25mm extension tube from eBay, slapped it on my Vivitar 135/2.8, and here's what I came up with. This make for a pretty nice (and cheap) macro setup and that I'm still able to shoot handheld.
