Wouldn't it be brutal to read a subsequent log entry say: item returned to sender.

2006/09/25 17:02 Item was released from Customs and is now with Canada Post for sortation
only 22 hours to get from customs to canada post.
well, that's so much faster than the 5 day plane ride from l.a. to vancouver.
:bang:
22 hours is nothing. A year ago, I expected a week long sit in customs.
Actually, I still do, and it always surprises me when something only sits in customs for a day

Next year, next year. I'm going to look at an M4-2 or M4-P vs. the ZI. Black, chrome, I'm not sure. I sorta wanna have the 28mm framelines, hence the M4-P or the ZI. Then a 24/25mm without auxiliary viewfinder would be do-able. Plus I already have a 21 finder.
When I say "look at", I mean hold, try out, etc. I can't imagine making such a decision without hands-on.

the 28 fl are are nice to have.
the m4-p is a nice camera. i had one years ago but was too immature for the camera.
clearly, i like the zi also.
but hard to find for a hands on experience.
might be cheaper to fly me out to t.o. for a meet and you check out both black and silver.

Fly? You'll go on the train, dude. Easier to pack your V8.

i think flying is cheaper but i'd love to train it across the country.

I agree, that's a trip I have always wanted to do (trying to get you thinking about the train to help take your mind off the ZI and the tracking site for a moment or two.
But seriously, I have always wanted to train it across the country.)

it's very expensive though, too bad.
maybe if i win the lottery i could splurge...
as far as the tracking site, i check every time i visit here.
i know i have the patience of a child at christmas...

Yes, the train is more expensive than flying. Didn't used to be so, and I think it's a shame.

Better luck tomorrow. Just pray that the mice don't have a nibble overnight.
