Oh, man, that's got to be painful! I still have mine. It's wonderful for MF, but it just takes a *very* long time (unless you scan at a really low DPI resolution); it takes me about 7 minutes to scan one frame. That's not counting the alignment, zooming, pre-scan cropping, etc.Todd.Hanz said:oh yeah, all my med. format is scanned on an acient epson 2450 flatbed.
That's why I got the 4490, it is very fast, yet I think the light source of the Epson 2450 is better.
