Maybe the greatest Nikon RF user, at least in my opinion!

Experienced photographers tend to not hold their elbows out in a wing-like fashion ... it makes it too difficult to hold the camera steady. So I assumed he wasn't a photojournalist. Then, I saw the glasses and haircut.
Of course, I also spent a number of months in Bosnia, Croatia, Macedonia and Slovenia last decade, so I've seen many many pictures of Tito (but never a picture as cool as the one you posted). I had no idea he owned an SP.

At least Tito used his SP. The pictures you see of Elvis holding an SP aren't very convincing.

This Nikon SP was (probably) owned by National Geographic photographer. He was impressed by Tito's knowledge and handling of (his) quality camera-equipment. The reportage about Tito's Yugoslavia was published in NG magazine around 50/60 of the previous century. Probably soon after split with Stalin's Soviet Union. Well, maybe my assumption is not correct.

A National Geographic photographer probably would not have used the dreaded "Never-ready" ever-ready case.
The photograph looks to have been taken in the mid-1960s. Does Nikola know where it came from?
