For several years, I have had my prints done in the states via Winkflash (clubfoto) with minimal complaints. They are cheap ($.05 for 4x6) and offer matte, bordered prints. This is in contrast to the typical shop in Japan (39Yen for a glossy with no options).
Unfortunately, in closing-out my US bank account (by which I had paid my US credit card), I have also close-out this service, who won't permit a Japanese Visa for payment.
So, I'm looking for a comparable service with the options specified above, in Japan (or at least accepting of Japanese cards). Anything out there?
