Yes, I bought a few 100-foot bulk rolls direct from ORWO NA, the distributor here in North America, and hand spool. There's no remjet layer on the N74+. I doubt there's any on the UN54 either, but I've not tried it personally.

The only minor issue I've had with N74+ is some intermittent horizontal scratches across my negatives. I haven't pinned down the source (might be my bulk loader), but I just treat it like dust and clone them out in my post processing.
