Film is the other way
There has been a fair amount of discussion on another thread regarding affinity to cameras and going out fishing. We all have shots of our prize catch so we know what a fish looks like with a proud fisherman smiling as it is released or on held on a stringer.
One of the reasons I fish is just to reconnect to the non urban world. It takes me to places that are often wild and peaceful. I like that and from time to time I take a shot of a stream or a sunset on water but it is based on my camera being in my pocket and while I'm fishing.
I'm wondering if there is any interest in putting together a summer project of landscape / waterscape, weather, or whatever shots taken while out fishing but not shots of the catch.
If we can get 5 - 10 interested it would be fun to see what each other have for home water or special situations seen while on the water and that is any kind; fresh or salt water. Maybe posting the first week of September for all to reminisce about the season.
If interested just put an 'interested' post on this thread and we will see come September what we have.
cheers, Jan
