Many of us here appreciate various art forms outside of photography.
If you are in the San Francisco bay area you can as of 6pm today go to this site: www.tixbayarea.com for some free tickets at theatres in the bay area. Most of the free shows are on or around October 19.
It's an annual - now nationwide - event and I just got two tickets to a play I've wanted to see. The purpose of the event is to stimulate the interest in theatres and to hopefully increase future audience.
Beware: the site is slow tonight as the floodgates just opened up.
Edit: Seems like their site is really slow due to the traffic it's getting.
