OT: help finding an Internet site

This may sound self-serving, but I have come to the conclusion that the RFF is the best, most informative and most widely read forum of its kind anywhere in the world -- even to field an off-topic question...



A few months ago, I read a couple of computer articles in The New York Times online that mentioned YouTube and Flicker -- both of which I have been able to find very quickly...

One of the articles also mentioned a third site with a name something like Find, where you could find offers to sell thousands of things from, say, a name-brand hunting knife, a civil war book, a Leica IIIC, a pair of pajamas, etc.

I put them on my tool bar for convenience but my computer broke down a few days ago and after repair I lost most of my files and jpegs and do not remember the name of the Find site, after trying all the various versions I could think of.

Does anyone here have any idea how to locate this Find site?

thanks, Jon...I like the site you mentioned but that ain't it...


By the way, I just looked up Alentejo again...which apparently is not a city but a region in Portugal, like the Algarve, which I've visted... I could be mistaken but on the map I saw, it does not look to be anywhere near the water, except at Portoalegre..
