If your interested in scanning you can check out BETTER LIGHT The price is comeing down and theve been around a long time already. A little big for a 35mm rangefinder sadly though.

The scanner ideas are _way_ cheaper... the Better Light is about $10K I think.... 1/2 that for the cheapest model.

The price is out of reach for non-pro consumers currently but the thing thats interesting is watching it evolve. There is lots of good scanning information provided that is useful in scanning your photo negatives on the website if you dig around in there.
