Well, for the last 2 days I was out on a search for lenses for my Canon 7 at estate sales and flea markets. No lenses, but I purchased a Canon EOS 750QD @ $50, a Revere Stereo 33 for $20 and a Super Ikonta for $20. Not a bad couple of days. Fun too. I looked everywhere for info on users of the Revere camera and even though it's a rangefinder, there isn't much info here. The wife may use the Ikonta for the big neg's, but I am definitely more interested in what I can do with the Revere. Anyone use this camera with good results? Any info would be great.

The Revere Stereo 33 is a high quality US made stereo camera from the early 1950's. I'm using mine and am quite pleased with it.

You'll find an on-line manual at http://www.butkus.org/chinon/revere_stereo_33/rivere_stereo_33.htm.

There are numerous stereo photography websites, you might start at http://www.stereoscopy.com/ and work through the links.

Should the camera need work, Jess Powell in Woodland, CA is a specialist in stereo cameras in general and the Revere in particular. He is charging $75 for a CLA.
