Innsbruck has a sizeable population of homeless, drifters, and public drunks. Many of them, although often visibly intoxicated, don't present a disheveled appearance. here's one guy, this guy, that I've heard referred to as "Hollywood Hobo" because he's the only one that looks the stereotypical part.
