Owen 28mm lens ???

anybody ever heard of this company. just bought an Owen 28mm 2.8 lens for my Nikon. It was cheap. Haven't shot with it yet so don't know about the quality.

anybody ever used one/know about them?
 
It can be anything. Many Japanese made lenses are floating around under names I couldn't even imagine. Many are decent, some are very good and then there are just lenses. Some are cheap because go under radar and some for a good reason.

thanks for the response.

I got it cheap (80$) and it's for a cheap art project. I'll be shooting with it this week (I hope) and getting the film developed at the local Rite-Aid photo lab (drug store film/processing is part of said project).

I'll let you know the results.
