Strictly speaking there can be no 2nd curtain sync in a leaf shutter camera. But quite a few later/higher end compacts have delayed sync as part of their slow sync or fill flash setting. I have (unexpectedly) noticed trailing (rather than leading, as on 1st curtain sync) motion blur on some older P&S photographs of mine when I was updating catalogues recently - these might have been taken with either a Silvi or a mju:V (which both have a "slow" or "Night portrait" setting).
