Package from the post office....

Kuvvy,
Let us know how you like the Zorki and J8. I was happily surprised what good results I got, with how inexpensive they are.

Just to say I have posted some of the shots in my gallery. Take a peek and let me know what you think. I was surpised too at the quality of the lens. Even more that I actually got all my shots in focus. I messed up one or two of the shots when close up due to poor framing but other then that I think it was money well spent.
Can't wait to try it on the 'new' Bessa R when it arives.

'ofteherd', no, it's not a Fujica - it's a non-interchangeable lens rangefinder - we narrowed it down to Taron as the producer; slight resemblance with a Konica Auto S2, but really cheaply made; the shutter and aperture are frozen and don't open or change... Porst rebranded all kinds of stuff.

Roman

PS: Got another package today, with two books: 'Letting Go Of The Camera' an 'On Being A Photographer'.

Hey Roman are you sure that my address is not written there ? I ordered these same books some time ago 😛

Maybe Brian is not the only one with master plans here, I think our Kiron Kid has his own ones... 😉

I am eagerly waiting for a working fed3a and 2 camera body parts carcasses (fed3b and a zorkiC) all from the Ukraine. Also, as Moskva 5 from Maryland(to keep my Ikonta company) I just got first images today taken with my black export version Jupiter8 used on my Fed2. I am really pleased. I have an early Fed 1 with an industar10 lens and I have never been satisfied with the results.
