Pan F+ bulk from Freestyle on sale

Same as Emil.

Ash and I got some rolls last week(?) and its dated July 2006, no base fog and great.

Shame the postage and tax nearly doubles the price - still a bargain though.

Man, they must have been really overstocked with this film because I ordered something like five 100' rolls of the stuff (same price as now) in the middle of last year. I know a bunch of other members here jumped on the deal as well. I'll be shooting Pan F+ for a LONG time. :D

I think that there are a lot of us shooting Pan F right now thanks to Freestyle. Mine is dated the same as Kully's, July 2006. Now I'd like to get some Arista 100 for the same price.

They've got AristaII for $24 per 100ft here; though it isn't the same price as Pan-F (twice as much) it is still much lower than FP4 or TMAX (half as much).

I love this film! I soup it in Diafine, and it's sharp and lovely. I also got mine (two bulk rolls) about a year ago.

I've anxiously checked Freestyle's website now and then the last 6 months because I was afraid that they would run out before I got the chance to order more. As they just recently got Fomatone Chamois 532 in stock, I'll be placing an order this weekend I think and hopefully they'll still have a couple of bulk rolls left for me. :)

Arista Edu.Ultra (Fomapan) is only $17.99. Arista II (and Rollei Retro) is Agfa APX from what I've read, priced $24.99 and $37.99.

What EI do you rate Pan-F at when you run it through Diafine? I've never used Diafine before, so I'm honestly not sure how much speed it adds to different films (and ISOs).

Diafine has a table on the box with many emulsions on it. Most shoot Pan-F at 80-100, though in flat light it's not a bad idea to shoot at box speed. If you're scanning, the flatness doesn't hurt.
