Panon 120

I have a Widelux F7 and have been getting prints at 4 by 10. With the Panon 120 (being a medium format camera) what size would one normally print to?

I am a new to all of this, I have a Widelux F7 and was wondering what the usual print would be for the medium format version of this camera ie Panon 120 or Widelux 1500. With the Widelux F7 I get it printed to a 4 x 10, and I have read that this is basically the dimensions of the negative, I was wondering which would best represent the dimensions of the 'bigger brother' version.

What I was trying to find out was the aspect ratio of the medium format film in order to work out what sizes would be best to print... I think the aspect ratio is about 2.1:1
