Part for Canon VT Rangefinder

Hi,

I am looking for a small part for a Canon VT Rangefinder. I seek the small centre threaded screw on the film advance dial. I appreciate that the camera is c.1952 but I hope someone might be able to help or if someone has a camera that they are breaking down for parts or knows a company that sells parts for Canon Rangefinders.
