Paypal question.

Just some quick questions about Paypal. If I upgrade my account to accept credit card, will Paypal charge every incoming money transfer including direct transfer from bank? Is there anyway to downgrade after upgrade? Thanks.

You should contact Paypal regarding this. It's better to get this type of info straight from the horses mouth. I recently called them with a question. Their customer support rep was very helpful. Hope this helps.
