For those not aware, this is a very unusual and very useful lens conversion.
Somewhere there is an inventive tech with a smile on their face.
They did the impossible, converting a Pentacon Six aka Praktisix lens to Hasselblad V.
Here its mounted on a Hasselblad 205TCC (with a focal plane shutter).
No auto diaphragm, but there is infinity focusing.

You can check out the large Pentacon Six lens system at PentaconSix.com.
So, not only can the 180mm F2.8 Zeiss Olympic Sonnar pictured above be converted, but probably all the other Pentacon Six lenses as well.
The mystery? Who did the conversion?

Wonderful news! The 2.8 180 Sonnar is one of my favourite lenses. I kept one Pentacon Six body just for that lens. Also a good idea is the genuine psix to m42 adapter with automatic diaphragm.

I have a Pentacon 6 to Canon FD adapter (I think). Then, with Canon Adapter B and LTM-M adapter, you can mount the lens to your M.

I've seen this done before on the Kiev Report. A massive amount of metalwork was necessary.

I missed bigtime having my 180 f2.8 Sonnars, I had a fairly insane amount of Pentacon, Kiev, Hartblei, and Kiev P6 stuff. So a few years ago I bought this Zebra one missing the back mount very cheaply, and installed it into a recessed Peco Jr Plaubel lens view camera board. Then it goes onto my Makiflex Standard and covers 9x9cm, as well as 6x6 and 6x9.
I even bought the Contax 86mm Zeiss Softar to use with this lens. With the Makiflex, it focuses out to an area approximately 16x16" field. So it's a macro lens on the Makiflex. Or a killer portrait tight closeup headshot lens

The zebra 180mm F2.8 CZJ Sonnar (uber hacked rear mount completely removed, refitted into Plaubel Peco Jr recessed board). Makiflex Standard FOMA 200 Mic-X. Lens will just cover, 18"x18" area is as far out as it will focus. Amazing Sonnar bokeh. This lens is a fave for Pentacon Six fans, this is pushing the envelope with larger format
I was attracted to the delicate natural lighting in this one

I've seen them adapted to the Bronica S and Rollei SL66 mounts too.
