Pentax 67 Gas!

Im new to the world of 67.

Can't wait to dive in. I just won a 67 with 105 and grip and finder. Looked to be in reasonible condition but no idea on the lens. Anyway i got it for $260 aus. Would this be considered a good price even in avergae condition?
 
Looking back at the photos posted here im seeing consisantly nice portraits coming up and a number of other amazing photos.

I think im going to enjoy the portrait side of shooting this camera.

This was on the R train so the light was really really bad (the older subway cars). Film was Portra 400 and wide open with the 105mm and the shutter speed was 1/60. I just waited for the car to stop between stations before firing off the shot. In post I just adjusted the white balance best I can and added some contrast with curves.
 
Well my 67 was delivered this morning. Firstly what i thought was a 105mm turned out to be the 200mm (couldnt see from the supplied photos when i was buying):bang:. So that was the first dissapointing thing and the second being it has no Mirror lock up. Other then that its in good user condition and i think i might enjoy it.

Still think i got a kit that if i wanted to part with i wouldnt loose out.

A question i do have though. Do i need to have a mirror lock up when shooting on a tripod for slower the 1/60 as the maual says?
My intention for this rig was landscape work shooting Velvia films.

With the 200mm yes. Absolutely. I would use MLU at 1/125th. Since you don't have MLU slow down the shutter speed some more to around 1s or more. That way the vibrations would have died down sufficiently. You can get away with wider lenses but not the 200mm (sadly)
 
The 55mm f/4, 45mm f/4 and 105mm lenses are all good. The king of the bunch if you can find and afford one is the 75mm 2.8 (not the f4)

Don't panic.The 200mm is a great lens.The MLU not an absolute necessity.I owned the 6x7 like that for about 25 years.
Some longer speeds are a problem.I think 1/8th and 1/15th.
You gonna have to do tests. A very solid tripod esp. where the body rests. There are a few articles about that. Kirk grip?
It's like a 105 to 135 in 35mm format.
Fresh battery.Some film and you are off. If camera is OK, add some lenses. The price i think very good.
You can test shutter without film. Open back, turn film counter to any number, and close back. You can now shoot without film.
There is a key that does same.
The screen shows way less than will be on film. Remove pentaprism, when framing needs to be exact.
