That looks like a pretty nice one, Frank! Hope it runs as good as it looks. Some years ago I got a chrome MX for $56 that needed service, more than just a CLA, turning it into not such a bargain. Evidence of salt water pooled in the baseplate, corroding the circuitry and lens mount. Had to graft parts.
Not having learned my lesson, a couple years later I got a black one for $89 that needs service too. Pretty clean actually but has a dent in the top cover at the back right corner. For $6 I found a replacement black top that has minor impact on the hot shoe area, probably easier to straighten than the corner dent. Should have a CLA... It all needs to visit Eric Hendrickson 😱 as I hope yours doesn't!

Thank goodness for this post. It prevented that I sold my LX.
Instead I sent it off for repair now (shutter lock no longer works, activates meter and drains batteries when in bag). It's a brilliant camera, sturdy but still very compact. I doubt the reliability though. But for sure I will not consider selling it any longer.
Now I am without camera for a while I am setting up to develop my own film when the LX is back. And also I put out a bid on a Yashica Electro 35, so hopefully I soon have my first rangefinder.
