I think you'll be able to squeeze in Nick.
I have a suggestion...as well as you shooting camera, how about everyone try to bring something unusual...if you have something like that.

Looks like I won't be able to make it this Saturday either...got too many honeydos to prepare for wedding reception at the house. I was looking forward to seeing some FSU in person and meeting all the rest the you GASsers.
Maybe next time,

Hey, wait a minute. I live in Arizona. Bisbee, to be precise.
Didn't know this thread existed. Anyway, it's too late for me to attend, though I'd certainly like to.
Plus, for those of us who live in Tucson and beyond (meaning the Mexican border) it's a bit of a drive up to Phoenix.
Maybe a reschedule?

You're not exactly around the corner. I've never been as far as Bisbee. Been camping in the mountains north of you, but that's it.
Hopefully, we can make get togethers on a semi-regular basis.

If Andy cancels on me, I'll have to take pictures of a couple of strangers to show my wife that I really did meet with the "camera guys...."
I don't get off leash all that often and I refuse to miss the opportunity.

Hey Steve and Andy,
I can't let you guys eat all of the chips and salsa alone. I'll be there tomorrow.
See you then.

Btw, here is a map of the area for in case anyone needs some directions. I think the plan is to meet just outside of Monti's La Casa Vieja, there should still be a patio out there (yellow arrow). SWC of Mill Ave and Rio Salado Pkwy. Btw, that particular restaurant opens at 11 am, I think.

Guys, that was a real pleasure.
Apart from the company, that sure was a nice collection of gear on the table. Let's see if I can get it all:
M5, M6, M8, RD-1, G2 and a Rollei TLR.
My poor Fed-2 and Werra both now have terrible feelings of inadequacy. If the film doen't yield at least a couple of presentable shots, they may never be able to show their faces again.

Steve, your Werra gear is a sweet set up, I really enjoyed taking a peak. Of course, I held my breath when handling the M8 (thank you Ray!) and nearly fell of the chair when I saw for myself what a gorgeous piece of glass Nick's 90/2 was. But the piece de resistance to me was Ray's M5 - OMG, what a marvel! I cannot believe the photo community didn't support it when it came out, the controls and VF are just perfect.
Gentlemen, it was great to meet you all and I do hope we can do this again. I especially enjoyed the walk on Mill Ave and watching you became nearly invisible while you were taking shots, great lesson to a newbie like myself.
Btw, remember the chubby clown on the corner? He was making some balloon figures for a couple of kids when I spotted him and took 2 shots. That earned me a not-so-pleasant look and a comment from him to make sure I was not photographing the kids as their parents might mind. I then took a pic of just him and checked if the parents, who were sitting nearby, objected but got no reaction. This spooked me a bit, I must say.
I will post some pics once I get them cleaned up.
