i've been using a M for years (okay 2 years) but after relocating to asia, it's been hibernating in my dry box for last 10 months.

here are some picts from my monstrous (i loaded it with 24-70mm 2.8 lens) but very responsive (faster than my finger could focus) d700.

I was there in 07' I stayed in some great guest houses over looking bang kok lake. (nice sunsets from the decks) and another great idea was to hire a motorcycle guide for getting around. it's a cheap and fast way to see the city. (no worrying about cabies that cant speaking english or getting ripped off) I think I paid about 6 or 8 dollars a day including fuel. Happy Travels!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

absolutely agreed... that's the best part of cambodia...
but think we paid 15usd/day for tuk tuk... including the trip to killing fields quite a distance away. 😎

Great pics.
Had a monstrous D700 myself but sold it for film cameras.

Any travel tips in Phnom Penh? Will be there end of next month!!!

i love the markets (old market, Russian Market etc) and the street life... Overall there isn't much sightseeing, the riverside is under construction and too touristy for me.
