Talking business. Not so long ago, very few people in Saigon had a land line in their house.
They'd go to the neighborhood store to make and receive calls. Today, cell phones are affordable and
'everyone' has at least one. In the past 10 years, the Vietnamese just skipped one technology and then
developed the next at a breakneck speed.
