I'm trying to remember the name of a book that came out in the last year or two - it was a book of short essays by a number of contemporary photographers on why they photograph (or something like that). I know it had a write-up in the collector mag Black & White, and I think it was in the UK B&W magazine as well (possibly the same issue they revied Martin Parr's book on photo books).

Any help would be appreciated, Amazon searches aren't turning up much.

There is a title: Why People Photograph.
But it is a collection of essays all written by photographer Robert Adams.
Could that be what you are looking for?

I did not know that one. It looks interesting. For 20 bucks, I will probably buy it.
Thanks for the tip. Funny: I tried to help you. You ended up helping me.
