Hola todos!
I think many would agree that iPad is quite a wonderful tool for viewing photography. Since I'm a recent owner of one, I'm looking for some iPad portfolios, magazines, books, apps that showcase good photography.
Any tips? Prefer something that gets updated once in a while or has large body of work.

Thanks. I have Capitolio on my wishlist pending order, but will have a look at others (was also reading about Zona last week, peaked my interest, thanks for the reminder).

Wow, those are pricy (OK, not as pricy as print versions).
They should do what they do with records nowadays - buy a vinyl, get CD or download code for free = buy a book, get e version for free
Edit: I meant books. NG I'll subscribe for when I quit my job and lose free corporate copies

For free apps try 500px app for tablets.
I am not sure whether the images will be your cup of tea but they look very good on tablets. I use it on my Asus Transformer as a means to get inspiration for different photographic styles (some images have exif data intact)

Download Zinio for free. Then look at all the mags they offer. A one stop shop for periodicals. Shutterbug to name but one.

I use Zinio for magazines as well. The Fader is my favorite when it comes to visuals.
You'll have to dig a little, but there are a few good ones here that are free...

You could look at Lenswork. I recall that there is an iPad version available. Also Magnum in Motion perhaps?

f11 Magazine
It's free on your computer and they have a free PDF that can be downloaded and viewed on iPad. It's a great up and coming magazine, that focuses more on photographers and photography than on gear.
The British "Black and White Photography" magazine is also available in the Apple Newsstand.
