Has anyone done business with photobattery.com lately?

I ordered a 531 battery for a Polaroid Land Camera Model 100 at the beginning of the month and so far I haven't seen it yet, despite the website's promise of a 3-5 day delivery. My credit card was billed, so I assume they shipped it. My inquiry about it a few days ago has gone unanswered.

Is this fairly typical of this place or not? It's really getting on my nerves, cause this camera is basically a paperweight until I get this battery. :bang:

I haven't used them, so can't comment. My last purchase was from http://www.24hrbatteries.com/shop/index.php, and they were great. Previously I had ordered once from http://sr44.com/ with great success, but the next order was a flop so I went to 24hrbatteries.
