Hello boys and girls,

I want to make a list of thoughts - what I have done and achieved through this year.

From January 2010:
- I bought SLR camera and started shooting with film.
- Had some interesting photographic faculty projects, mostly done on film.
- Got more interest in street photography, joined Rangefinder forum, bought Rangefinder camera, which helped a lot.
- Finished with the faculty studies on Graphic Design.
- Photographed the band Hardfaced on their live concert.
- Unexpected, got my first photo assigment to shoot a local Rap musician - Cerber.
- Photographed a theatre performance - Wezdensky.
- Had a great street photography experience from Novi Sad.
- Bought a medium format camera, Rolleiflex, and sold my first camera Canon S5IS.
- 100% analog.
- Made a conceptual portrait-story - Maria, Salinger and her lake.
- Had a small session with a interior and furniture designer - Coat-hanger project.
- Started to develop black and white film (in progress)
also.
- With several artists created a Cultural center called ARTery, and held my first photo exibition together with another artist.
- I will make a photo session with Hardfaced again (this days...)

Roughly, this would be the list of the most important photographic stages, achievement and progress in 2010.

I don't want to put links to every project since i have them on different websites (flickr, deviantart, begahance), so mostly everything and easily can be seen on FB gallery: http://www.facebook.com/photos.php?id=100001406914515

From January 2011:
I will start developing black and white films, make more photo stories, shooting more portraits, also some live performances as well, and concentrating more on B&W photography.

SHOW ME YOUR PROGRESS. 🙂

Wow Naumoski. Your progress is legendary.

My progress......

Got my first rangefinder in June. Everytime I went to take a picture last week I remembered to take the lens cap off. Every time!

On a more serious note, I really like your work. I remember the photos you posted a while back of the girl throwing a paper airplane while sitting on a rock on the shore. Beautiful!

Have you only been photographing a year?? You're better than a lot of people I know with 20 years of work behind them.

My progress? I continued work on my Forgotten Indiana project, which I have worked on for 15 years, and I began a new project documenting the Wells Street area of my hometown. Wells Street is an old neighborhood in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I also finished shooting the Doll House, and I am working on scanning the last of those images.

Everyone should post some pics and links to things they've worked on this year!

I've been photographing from 2008, but quite rarely and slowly; but from 2010 (more precisely from November 2009) I started to use analog cameras and film, which motivated me a lot. So this was 'my photo year' 🙂 Thanx for your kind words.

I've seen some of these works too like The doll house etc. I really like the idea of documenting the neighborhood, that is very important to everybody from that area and you should make a huge exhibition out on the streets on a sunny day where everybody will see its Home there, and everyone will be pleased 🙂

thanx again, and have a happy new year!

p.s. Yes, there are some rappers from Macedonia, and from Balcan as well. Not much in my town, by the lake.. anyway 🙂
