not sure where to post this, but here goes..
bought a 50mm 1.4 biotar which was adapted to m mount from thebay, adjusted the shims, modified it to enable close focus and here're some first shots using a m3 and guessing of exposure. tri-x was used, souped in 250ml water with 4ml of rodinal and 2ml of ilfosol, 10 initial inversions, 10 gentle inversions at 10min and standing for another 20 min. the vignetting is because of a filter i've put on, will remove it next time but i like the effect.
this is queen elizabeth hospital in south australia. i was there for a clinical exam and the holding area for my rotation was a section they were renovating. i foud it to be quite charming.
what i initially thought was oxygen tank turned out to be a gas compressor:
an old hankerchief that was on the floor:
that used to be a chair for patients:
a dental chair:

i'm quite amused that they've left the handwash there:
the knot was made using curtains that used to separate the beds:
this is something the workers made to organise their tools:
the usual set of plugs for every bed:
i think that used to be the call display at the nurses' station. it is still working, surprisingly:
the rails for the curtains and cables for the television:

Interesting pictures with a rare lens.
I'm glad to read that is the part of the hospital that is being renovated....
