Cool! I have suspected that paganism = christianity with gender roles reversed.
The Basques were only Christianised quite recently (historically speaking) and many pagan rituals remain.
Ex: Young couples get married in church, but then climb the mountain in order to rub their genitals against a menhir/standing stone, to help with fertility!🙂
Yes sure!
(Can't wait for next Monday!!!)
yes, please post them all!
then fornicate in the forest.
Pitxu is a person from Basque mythology.
Euskal Herria is The Basque Country, it is no longer an independant state and is actualy cut in two by the modern French/Spanish border on the Atlantic coast.
I've been there some times ago during a trip in Spain..
That's kind of surprising how there is a Celtic zone that runs all over the Europe with no boundaries: starting in Spain from Galizia to the Pais Basco and then in Normandie and Bretagne, south of England, Ireland..

This post is inflammitory. Pitxu don't lend it legitimacy by responding. Every thinking person understands that a nation can be defined by its culture, traditions, and people, and does not need a Wikipedia entry to exist.
Here's one to frighten the children!😱
With green filter. Warning: Don't use a green filter on your girlfriend.😉
Hell's bells! It's Tollund Man!
Good grief - thank you for the warning! I'm off to lose my green filter...

There is a Basque group called Milladoiro who might be confused with an Irish ceilidh group.
