Please advise on camera phone with these features.

I am looking for a phone with a camera. I like flip phones, it should be ultra cheap. I do not need it to be used as a phone so I dont need a plan, just the device.

Flip phone
3Mp or better

and if possible, I am looking for one that you can take a picture of yourself or a group you are in and see yourselves as you take the picture.

should have an easy way to get the pictures out onto the computer, like usb or micro sd card or something.

You're at the bottom end of the market here. You may want to take a look at Samsung, they've got several "clamshell" phones. Most phones will act as an external storage device, but your 3mp camera will be a problem.

Also, if your not using it as a phone, were would you use it for then? If it is a camera, there are better option then this stuff.
 
If all you want to see yourself when you make a selfy, take a look at this: http://www.samsung.com/us/photography/digital-cameras/EC-DV150FBPBUS. You can get these cheaper, but maybe those are older models.

Or maybe the Samsung MultiView MV900F - with wifi, touchscreen and the lot. To be honest, I am unsure that I know what you want, I'm a bit confused by your statement that you won't use it as a phone.... Why a phone then?

the phone is nice because you can use it to call 911, make voice notes, calculator, usb storage device, alarm, stopwatch and calendar. Plus it looks like just a phone (because it is) so you can take it anywhere and people dont freak out when you are walking around with it. It is quite small also and has a clock on it too. So thats why I want it to be a phone. One small socially normal device to carry around and very useful.

I was out with friends recently, I had my Rollei 35 LED and took some shots of us with it held at arms length. They turned out fine. One of the friends pulls out this small device ( i think it was a phone) and she holds it up at arms length or so and we could all see ourselves in the the display as she was taking the picture so we could compose our funny faces or whatever and it was pretty cool.

So I can defintely see times when what I have described would have an advantage over a small camera in certain scenarios.

Last weekend at a garage sale I bought for $10 a ZTE Z221 flip phone, it works great has everything I want except photos are max .3Mp yes thats 3 tenths of a megapixel, and I cant figure out how to connect it to my computer, it says micro usb but I didnt see any cord for that in the box and only see the power plug on the phone no usb plug, and no selfie preview. Other than that Im loving it.

So thats what Im looking for can anyone help me out?
 
Most clamshell phones have very limited cameras. Even if they have higher mp's, they tend to have lousy lenses.
Also, in phones the front facing camera usually is HD at the most, that is 2mp. But look at this link fot "the best": http://www.techshout.com/features/2012/17/front-facing-camera-phones/.

Did you consider an iPhod touch? Basically an iPhone without phone.

I'm not sure there are any filp phones that allow you to see yourself as you take the picture, are there?
